Your website is the part of your business that strangers read first.
For most companies the website is a brochure that was signed off two years ago and has been quietly diverging from the business ever since. It is also, increasingly, the version of you that AI systems quote when someone asks about your industry.
How it works
We build marketing sites, content platforms and the pages that carry your case for existing — fast, indexable, and structured so both a search engine and a language model can work out what you do without guessing.
The part most agencies skip is the connection. A form that emails someone is not an operation; a form that creates a record, notifies the right person and shows up in the pipeline is. The site is the front of the system, not a separate thing that happens to sit next to it.
We run our own on this stack, and we run a CMS behind it so the people who know the business can publish without waiting for a developer. Dennis wrote a book on making applications rank; the same discipline goes into the sites.
What you get
Concrete things, not a retainer.
Marketing and product sites
The public case for the business, built to load fast and stay editable.
Technical SEO
Crawlable, indexable pages, clean structure, and Core Web Vitals that are not red.
Structured data
Schema markup so machines can read what you do, not only render it.
A CMS your team can run
Publishing that does not require a developer or a ticket.
Migration without losing rankings
Moving off an old platform with the URLs and the equity intact.
Connected forms and flows
Enquiries that land in your operation, not just in an inbox.
How we run it
- 01PositionWhat the business actually does, said in words a stranger and a crawler can both parse.
- 02BuildFast pages, real structure, and a CMS the team will actually use.
- 03MeasureIndexation, Core Web Vitals and enquiries — checked after launch, not assumed.
This is for you if
- Your site describes a business you no longer are
- Publishing anything requires a developer
- You rank for your own name and nothing else
- The site is fast on your laptop and slow on a phone
- Enquiries arrive as email and get lost from there
What this is not
- A redesign that changes the colours and nothing else
- A rebuild that quietly drops the URLs you already rank for
- A site nobody in the company is able to update

Questions we get
- Will we lose our search rankings?
- Not if the migration is done properly. Existing URLs are mapped and redirected before anything goes live — we did exactly that moving this site off WordPress.
- Can our team edit it?
- Yes, and that is the point. We set up a CMS with the fields your content actually has, so publishing is filling in a form rather than filing a request.
- WordPress or something custom?
- Either. WordPress when the team knows it and the site is content-led; a modern framework when speed, structure or an application sits behind it. The choice follows the problem.
- Does this help with AI search?
- It is the same discipline. A site with clear structure and honest, specific content is one a language model can summarise correctly. A vague one gets summarised vaguely.
Your business has to be readable before AI matters — and for most companies the website is the only part of it a machine ever gets to read.
