We started with the methodology, not the software
Maria's value was never a document — it was a sequence of judgements she made instinctively after thirty-five years in the industry. Before any of it could become software we had to get it out of her head: what she asks a new brand first, what she looks for in a competitor set, where founders reliably go wrong. That sequence became the spine of the product.
A guided wizard instead of a blank page
Entrepreneurs do not know what a business plan needs to contain, so asking them to write one produces nothing. We built a step-by-step wizard that collects brand information, audience, offer and goals in the order Maria would ask for them, holds the founder's hand through each step, and hands the assembled context to the model rather than asking it to guess.
AI where it compounds, not where it decorates
The generation step produces an executive summary, a mission and vision statement, market research and competitor analysis — grounded in what the founder entered and shaped by Maria's methodology. The output is a downloadable plan, not a chat transcript. She reviews and refines it; the platform does the part that used to eat her week.
