Conjuro is our answer: projects, meetings, tasks and clients in one place, with an always-on AI reading the flow of work rather than waiting to be prompted. It is our own product, and the proving ground for how we build for clients.

Built to answer our own complaint
We kept telling clients that the gaps between their tools were being closed by people copying data by hand, and then found ourselves doing exactly that between a project tracker, a meeting recorder, a task list and a CRM. Conjuro collapses those into one model of the work so nothing has to be transcribed between them.
AI that reads the work, not the prompt
Most AI features wait for someone to ask a question. Conjuro's reads what is already happening — what was said in a meeting, what moved on a project, what a client is still waiting for — and surfaces the thing you would have missed. That only works because the underlying data is one model rather than four integrations.
Our own proving ground
Everything we recommend to clients gets used here first: the discovery discipline, the operational modelling, the rule that AI goes into the transactional core rather than the marketing edge. If an approach does not survive our own operation, we do not sell it.
